Edge-To-Edge Pantographs
All edge-toedge quilting is $0.03 per square inch.
To determine the cost of the quilting use this formula: Width x Length x 0.03 = price

Example: A quilt measuring at 60 inches x 80 inches would be 60 x 80 = 4800 x .03 = $144.00

***Minimum charge per order is $50.00

***Rush charge is $45.00

If you see that I don't currently have a design that I offer please let me know and I would be happy to add it to our library. We are also continually adding more designs each month. Check out our link for pantograph quilting designs.

Thread
I use Fil-Tec Glide thread and carry a variety of thread colors. If I do not have a color of thread that you would like, just let us know and I can get it for your quilt. Check out our link for threads we do have on hand!

There is a $8.00 flat fee for thread and new needle per quilt.
Batting
Quilters Dream White in 80/20 (cotton/poly blend)
- $0.47 per linear inch
- King Sized Batting 122x120 per pkg - $55.00

Quilter Dream Poly Select
- $0.33 per linear inch
- King size pkg (122x120) - $45.00

I charge for batting by the linear inch from queen rolls of batting, except in the case of special orders. I will only use what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + 8 inches).
Example: If you have a 60 inch x 80 inch quilt, I would cut 68 inches of the batting, 68 x 0.47 = $31.96
Backing
I currently do no stock any backing fabric. Please provide the backing fabric with an additional 4 inches all around.
Adding this extra will allow quilting all the way to the edge of the top fabric.

Example: 60 inch x 80 inch = 68 inch x 88 inch

If you send me backing that is not pieced together there will be a $10.00 charge per seam.

Trimming And Binding
At this time I do not offer trimming or binding services. Without trimming, the quilt is returned to you with the extra batting and backing fabric still attached.

Preparing Your Quilt For The Longarm
To help the quilting process go smoothly please prepare your quilts accordingly.

-
Quilt top and backing is squared
-
Press quilt top and seams to reduce bulk and also wrinkles.
-
If backing needes to be pieced (preferably using a 1/2 inch seam with salvages removed) and press seams open. I will not quilt with a backing that is a bed sheet.
-
Quilt backing needs to be squared and be 4 inches larger all the way around (Example: 60 inch x 80 inch = 68 inch x 88 inch)
-
Loose threads are trimmed
-
To insure that seams do not pop open around the edge of a pieced quilt top please sew a seam around the whole quilt. In other words, take that victory lap around the quilt top!
-
Mark the top clearly on both the quilt top and backing. You may use a simple slip of paper pinned to the edge with the "TOP" marked in big letters. This especially helps with backings that have directional print.
-
If any of the fabric is directional please make a note of such.
Disclaimer: Fullness and/or puckers within a quilt top cannot be quilted out. We cannot gaurantee that puckers and tucks won't be sewn in. In some casses excessive fullness in borders may result in quilt top corners not being square. The flatter your quilt top is, the better the finish will be.
Mechanical Disclaimer: Please be aware that sewing machines, including longarm machines are mechanical devices. Although, we do our best to ensure perfect results every time, on very rare occasions mechanical problems may occur which may result in minor damage to a quilt top and or backing.
Payment: You will be notified by phone and/or email when your quilt is completed.
Payment is due within 30 days of completion of quilt. Quiltpop Designs LLC will make and document several attempts to reach you. If payment or arrangements have not been made, the quilt becomes the property of Quiltpop Designs LLC.
All payment for longarm services are non-refundable.
Acceptable payments: Check, Cash, Major Credit Cards
